Yellowstone CASA Honors Volunteers with State Board Vice President
State board vice president Schylar Canfield-Baber grew up in 11 Montana foster homes, two group homes and a children's home. One stay was so brief that he never unpacked. Now the 27-year-old has become a national advocate for improving foster care.
On Sunday, April 3, Yellowstone CASA celebrated its volunteers' ten years of invaluable service with a volunteer appreciation luncheon at Outback Steakhouse in Billings. Schylar Canfield-Baber attended as the guest speaker. Schyler's work and the event were featured in the Billings Gazette, available here.
